As an integral part of the program, ARDD established the Global Network for the Question of Palestine (GNQP), under the patronage of HRH Prince Hassan.
The network comprises an expanding group of renowned Palestinian, regional, and international experts, senior and youth leaders, and organizations concerned with the Question of Palestine.
The GNQP provides a forum for members to inject much-needed innovative and critical thinking into the discourse concerning Palestine and Palestinians, influence key decision-makers and other change agents, and in the process enable important stakeholders, such as youth and civil society in the region, to take part in this effort.
Particularly, the GNQP intends to fill the void left by the decline of general interest around the Palestinian (refugee) question in the realm of the Middle East Peace Process (MEPP) and related “track two” discussions, and reignite relevant, fact-based, and principled discussions leading from the human dimension of the conflict (the Palestinian people and the refugees, and their unmet rights). Through ARDD, the GNQP produces statements and policy briefs on pressing issues, conducts analysis and explores opportunities to advance knowledge and collective action on the Question of Palestine, with an emphasis on regional ownership of the various initiatives. By the end of 2022, the Network’s membership exceeded 100 individuals and organizations.
