Memorandum of Understanding between ARDD and Forsa to enhance the scope of work of the organization

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD) signed a memorandum of understanding with Forsa.com to enhance the scope of the organization's work, promote its programs, expand youth civic and political participation and build their capacities. The agreement comes within the framework of the "New Generation" project, which seeks to activate the civil and political participation of youth in the public sphere, as well as supporting concepts and practices that contribute to addressing important and urgent issues while seeking to make a difference.

This cooperation between ARDD and Forsa aims to disseminate the contents of the organization's work through the Forsa website, in addition to activating the participation of young men and women in public affairs and launching campaigns to raise awareness of the issues faced by women and youth with regard to political participation in Jordan and communicate their perceptions and solutions in relation to these issues.

In turn, the Executive Director of ARDD, Samar Muhareb, welcomed this cooperation that will work to achieve common goals, exchange experiences, and communicate the voices of youth, which would develop and strengthen intellectual, scientific, and research ties to face the challenges ahead, stressing the importance of providing opportunities for young men and women and improving their abilities to obtain better opportunities in their communities, by providing them with new skills and bridging the gaps in their existing skills, as well as their academic, lingual, and educational gaps, and connecting them with volunteering and training opportunities.

For his part, the Director of "Forsa", Dr. Sami Al-Hourani, stressed the need for cooperation between civil society institutions, promoting youth initiatives, and community motivation, indicating that the partnership with ARDD will be a framework for future cooperation that will benefit both parties through the implementation of joint initiatives along the line.
