ARDD’s establishment of the Al Nahda Women's Studies fills a national gap resulting from the limited presence of localized expertise in research and women’s studies in Jordan. This effort is in line with ARDD's commitment to contribute to the localization of UNSCR 1325 in Jordan through empowering local women-led and youth organizations and employing localized expertise toward the application of the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda.
