Held as part of the New Generation Program (GenG), the discussion seeks to create a better understanding of the impact of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Agenda in the Arab region, as the concepts of WPS, Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS), climate change, peace, and security are deeply interconnected, each amplifying the impact of the other and creating a complex system of challenges and opportunities for sustainable peace and security. It aims to further enrich the debate from local perspectives by examining these intersections, the roles of youth, and the impact of climate change on women and local communities.
