The Right to Health Working Group is one of the thematic groups emerging from the Forum for Supporting the Justice Sector, launched by the Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD) in 2017 to strengthen access to justice, promote the rule of law, and advance accountability through a national platform that brings together civil society actors, experts, government representatives, and other relevant stakeholders. The Working Group promotes a rights-based approach to health by linking the right to accessible, equitable, and quality healthcare services with broader principles of justice and social accountability.
